There are HR and user interviews in the process, which focus on your motivation when working, how you deal with problems, and case studies. Questions include why you want to join this company, what you know about the position you are applying for, and a session to ask questions. Take the initiative to ask!
There was first an AI screening invitation and then a virtual interview that was about interest in the company and energy industry along with behavioral questions. The people who were the interviewers were overseas but were friendly. Overall not bad.
