Firstly recruiter reached out and did initial screening. Thereafter, recruiter submits for Hiring Manager review. Once Hiring Manager shortlisted, recruiter arranged for 1st interview with Hiring Manager. If progress then there is one round of interview.

asked very technical details about tendering e.g. deviations and how do we manage it
