The first interview is a coarse screening process. No technical questions are asked, instead the focus is looking for your real life examples of employing behaviors that align with the GE Values/Beliefs. Once you pass the screening the interview process was broken down into four separate interview sessions. These focused more on technical knowledge and your personal approach to problem solving.
