Applied on website. Was sent an email about an interview. Had a phone interview with a HR professional that went well. She recommended i talk to the plant manager. i was right before a holiday so they usually do it in person but opted for over the phone. I did not get the job but i thought it was a good process and they were really good about keeping me informed and answering my questions.
