I had the manager call me and we had an interview right then. I was called in to Melbourne, FL two days later. I had interviewed with 3 Engineers, the manager and HR. I will say they kept saying "Be Specific" and I can not talk about previous experiences as that would be a conflict of technical information for other companies. I did not like the pressure of the engineers. I did state I can explain things in generic and system terms, but I can't go in debt as that is a breach of a security clearance. The relocation package just plain was unacceptable unless you live in FL and are single with nothing. They offer a lump sum of $5,000.00 and that's about it. That is not nearly enough to move a family to Melbourne.
