Multiple phone interviews and an onsite interview. During the onsite interview, the interviewers were extremely distracted and disorganized. The questions were boilerplate or soft balls. Part of the interview critiqued the way I structured my resume - I responded that they flew me across the country for an interview, so it must have worked.
