Step 1: Contacted by an external recruiter. The recruiter was very friendly, and described the company and positions available and asked basic first round interview questions (Why did you leave your last position, what are you looking to do, etc? )
Step 2: Met with the Operations Manager and went through my resume in detail. The operations manager was very friendly, positive, and passionate about Freeosk. She asked a variety of behavioral questions. The session lasted one hour.
Step 3: Met with 2 Senior Analysts to discuss technical questions about my background for a half hour. Then an Excel Test was given, which I had 30 minutes to complete- (V lookup, Pivot Tables, etc). Once you have completed the Excel Test, I gave a presentation on the results to 3 team members.
Step 4: Cultural Fit Interview with a senior member of the company. 4-5 behavioral questions about culture fit.
