First had a call with HR. Their communication from HR was pretty chaotic and it was always a new person reaching out which made it confusing and HR seemed disorganized they could not keep the position or person clear or straight.
Second zoom call was with the direct manager, call went well and had typical questions related to the role.
Third call was with revenue ops and I thought went well. Asked situational questions.
Last zoom fall was with the vp, it was somewhat intimidating and challenging questions. Overall I felt it went well and I was confident. Which is why I was shocked to hear otherwise. I guess during the whole experience they had a scorecard they were evaluating me on and I did not score well. Even though I worked with all the brands Freeosk works with and I had more than enough experience to qualify.
