Contacted the property of interest myself, Four Seasons Hotel Firenze, and received an offer for a Skype interview. It lasted around 30 minutes and involved many situational questions.The interviewee was very friendly and supportive. She explained well about the property, its location, company culture and goals, and informed that it will take around 10 days to hear back from them.
