The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Four Seasons (Austin, TX) in Feb 2011
Interview
Went through 3 different interviews in a row. One with a human resources representative, one with a director of food and beverage, and one with a general manager. The interview process was not that bad and everyone interviewing me was very friendly. After three interviews in a row however, it became hard to keep finding things to talk about without repeating myself too many times. Overall though the interviewers were most interested in my personality and attitude.

I had met them at a Career Fair. Their had more unique questions than most hotel companies. Everyone was very well spoken, well dressed and very sweet. I listened to them speak about Four Seasons at a panel and I absolutely want to work for them. They told me you typically go though 5 interviews and then they make a decision. I had two interviews in one day and I am waiting to hear back for another one. The first interview was over 30 minutes, the second one was 20 minutes.
