You apply online. Then they call you on the phone ask a few questions then set up a in person interview. Question are easy and are different from each location.

it was very easy asked a couple questions about why i wanted to work for the company and what could i bring to the company, interview took less than 30 mins. and i got called backed the next day to finish my paper work to get hired later on that week

I had one interview in one location. Then I was called by the assistant manager from another location. It was one phone interview and one in-person interview at their other location. Not too long later I was hired.
