The interview process went incredible smooth. The manager was very intuitive in learning about me and how I could be a great fit for the team. The questions were pretty straight forward, and they also set up clear expectations of what role I would fill if given the position as a sales representative.

Interview
One phone interview to establish why I wanted to work for the company and availability. Then an in-person interview to answer situation-based questions. Two different people conducted each interview. The interviews were between 15-20 minutes.

Interview
The interview process went great. The questions were more focused on character and personality traits. Mostly determining if there was synergy between my skill sets and people skills. The entire interview process was about 45 min to 1 hour and the manager was very personable so made the overall process comfortable.
