Flycast Partners Lead Development Representative (LDR) interview questions

The interview process with FlyCast was phenomenal! They really get to know you and seek to figure out how you will be successful and add value to the organization besides what is on your resume. My favorite part of the process is the shadow day, where the also let YOU (the candidate)“interview” a seasoned employee, and a senior partner. It says a lot about the transparency and culture within the organization.
