The interviewer is friendly and transparent. Had to do a sales pitch to see how well you fare in pitching Flyspaces services to prospects. You will go through 2 rounds of interviews. First interview will be with the sales executive and the second interview will be with the director.

Interview
Round 1 was an e-interview to gauge knowledge of sales and business development as well as general questions about background, why I want to join, and how I see myself contributing to the company.
Round 2 was a role-play with a PowerPoint deck to the Co-founder and Country Manager with situational questions

Interview
There are 3 stages of interview:
1) Face-to-face interview
- Just an introduction of yourself, your background. They will let you know more about the company.
2) Business case studies
- This section test you on your sales speech, confidence level and your knowledge about the company.
3) Phone interview
- This is the final stage of the recruitment process when they will have someone from the HQ to give you a call, go through the same introduction interview like stage (1). Then they will tell you about the job position that is suitable.
