There are 3 stages of interview: 1) Face-to-face interview - Just an introduction of yourself, your background. They will let you know more about the company. 2) Business case studies - This section test you on your sales speech, confidence level and your knowledge about the company. 3) Phone interview - This is the final stage of the recruitment process when they will have someone from the HQ to give you a call, go through the same introduction interview like stage (1). Then they will tell you about the job position that is suitable.
