Extensive written task before the interview, strong focus on processes. Written task has to contain as much details as possible, otherwise you will not be considered. It also had a test on writing/editing skills, but it looks like the main criterion of acceptance were 'giving the answers they expect' applying technical abbreviations, professional slang etc.

They offer a scrupulous test assignment before the interview to test your knowledge of the processes and language fluency. I did not pass, but I enjoyed the test. It gave me a better understanding of the position and whether I fit the role. Communication with the recruitment staff was smooth and pleasant.
