Submitted resume, recieved call one month later to arrange a telephone interview with some key management personnel. Phone interview was standard questions; why FSI? are you willing to give up flying?... Recieved another call to schedule visit to facility for face to face interview and presentation. Presented a 15-20 minute Powerpoint presentaton and then had a round table interview, same questions as phone interview basically. Nice relaxed process.
