I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flexware Innovation (Fishers, IN) in Oct 2021
Interview
I have been through many interviews and can definitely say this was one of my best experiences. It started off with a screening phone call that lasted about an hour long. It went well and I was told that I made it to the next step of the process.
After that, another call was scheduled with a manager and two team leads. This second call was set to last about an hour but it did run over by about 20 minutes, which was perfectly fine by me. They let me know that they wanted to move forward and have me come down for a visit, if possible. I also had the option to do it virtually again but opted for the travel.
The third and final part was an in person interview. Flexware scheduled everything for me and flew me out to Indiana. I received a tour of the office, got to meet a bunch of people, and then interviewed with the same three people from the second phone call in person. Since I did most of my technical questions over-the-phone, I had one technical question in person (this is different for everyone) where I had to work through a problem on the whiteboard. Basically they want to see how you work through problems all and with other people. By the end of this final interview, they let me know they had planned on making me an offer before I even flew down.
The whole interview process took less than 2 weeks and the offer was presented to me a few days later over a scheduled phone call.
Advice: The whole point of the process is to make sure you are the right fit for the team and company. Just be yourself! Personality is definitely one of the main things they look at during the process.

Question 1
(Screening) How much are you making at your current position?
We discussed my experience and the position, and then white boarded some general engineering problems. There were no leet code style problems. The interviewers were very friendly and I got an offer the same day.
