3 step interview process. One - with internal recruiter via phone, Two - with relevant team members via teams. Three - with senior team members on site. Entire process took 3 months.

A unique interview process called draft night. First must pass first round interview with a recruiter. Next, Students come to the office and give a 5 minuet presentation about themselves and then are ranked by the hiring manager.
