Flex Manager, Program Management interview questions

First round was with recruiting team, which was pleasant. Second round was scheduled with unit lead and director of program management. No one showed up during scheduled time for a zoom call. It was very unprofessional to not show up and to not give any advance notification. Upon contacting recruiter, I was told that unit lead wants to reschedule and next morning received an auto generated email that profile is not a match.
