First there was a call with a hr, then english test and background check. After that I resigned so no idea. But I found this background check very detailed and invasive.

And I got to get to work and then I’m gonna be home for dinner so I’ll call me after
It was fairly drawn out and long. It seems they really need you to fit just one mold, and are determined to weed you out if you can't. Overall I would prefer a little more freedom in how I conduct myself.
