They reached out for the interview process and I took it. I think it's pretty standard, and the recruiter is friendly—most behavioral questions. They are looking for skills that match their needs.
Had applied for an analyst job my senior year of college, was pushed towards a machine learning focused job despite my protests. First two interviews went well but were mostly conversational. It was a first round interview, basic questions and just know about the company before as they will ask what you know. Other than that was all behavior from HR.
