initial 30 min interview, then a quick phone call, then a 2 hour interview. Different interviewers for each process. Base salary is 30k, but they say commission can get you close to 80-100k your first year.

Phone Call, entry level, trying to get a read on how you would perform in the role. Casual conversation, good information on the role and how the hiring process is completed.
Easy so far. Meeting with managers. Getting a sense of the culture and feeling out the opportunity. Seems to fit what I am looking for. Have to wait and see if I get an offer
