First interview was on the phone; lasted about 45 minutes. The interviewer asked about my experience as it pertains to the position. She was able to answer all of my questions about the position and the corporate culture of fisher and organizational structure.

I applied for the job, and a week later I received a mail from a recruiter, had a 30 min phone interview, just general questions about my experience. Then had two back-to-back interviews (45 min) with hiring managers, it was mainly focused on my experience and behavioral questions. Then I was required to fill out a form for a background check, the background check took two weeks, after that, I received a call with an offer.
