Interview
On campus interview after a career fair (very short - 15 minutes). A phone interview followed more than a month later with a recruiter. Next we had a day of interviews and a happy hour onsite in Camas. After that, a follow up phone interview with a VP more for you to ask them questions than for them to interview you. The VP called a week later and gave the offer. I had 3 weeks to make my decision.

Most of their questions at the later stage are about fit more than anything else. They want to know you will ascribe to what Fisher is teaching and saying.

Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.

Easy short phone call. Basic behavioral questions. Lots background details about Fisher that is not really needed in a first interview. The flow of the interview is weird because you go from answering questions about yourself to hearing about the pay structure of the company and then back to more questions about yourself.
