Interview
One on one interview with one of the members of management, once they accept you for employment, you must obtain permits from the secretary of state to obtain the permits for driving a school bus, then you must pass a drug screening and physical to complete the hiring process.
They will do a phone interview first, and they will ask some question about why do you want to be a school bus driver and what is your advantages than other candidates.

No interview process, just sign up and pass the background drug and physical test, then fill out paperwork and start training which they’ll provide transportation for and multiple choice testing for your CDL

They are very short staffed right now, so as long as you meet the basic requirements you will be hired. I was not interviewed, I simply started the hiring process.
