HR screen. Hiring manager via Teams. Two peers via Teams. Hiring manager F2F. CEO F2F. Process took five weeks (two dead weeks due to Christmas holidays). HR did a great job of communicating.

As this is partner sales, questions focused heavily on: partner types I worked with, how I created the relationship, how I worked with them, how I uncovered and advanced deals, creative problem solving, etc.

Interview
After the interview with the recruiter, there were interviews with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview with the department's Director and VP. The final step was a presentation I was asked to put together that covered various customer success scenarios. The recruiter moved very quickly after each step. Though the interviews were not easy, the process was very smooth and structured.

Multiple rounds with HR, Customer Success and then Sales leadership. Focused on my background in Customer Success in a SaaS environment. Owning the renewal along with additional sales. Of interest was my experience working with enterprise companies.
