Interview
I have completed three interviews: one with HR, one with the hiring manager, and a SQL assessment. The first two interviews went exceptionally well; however, the SQL assessment felt somewhat unusual. During the assessment, I was expected to solve three challenges in 60 minutes each, but I had just under 45 minutes to complete them all. Although the interviewer was very supportive, the expectations seemed excessive for a skill that is clearly labeled as a "nice-to-have" requirement for the job. It is uncommon for a professional to be both a regulatory specialist and a SQL expert.

Interview
It was a great opportunity and a very meaningful mission, especially considering how unique and underserved Latin America still is in the financial ecosystem.
That said, the process was quite extensive, with multiple interview rounds, a SQL assessment, and a full fraud prevention case where I analyzed data, built a strategy, and presented it to a panel.
I’m glad I could contribute with a strong and assertive solution. At the same time, experiences like this raise an important reflection on how companies structure their hiring processes, especially when candidates are asked to solve real business problems without a clear boundary between evaluation and value creation.
I truly believe in collaborative growth, and I hope to see more balanced approaches that recognize both sides of the process.
Don't waste your time. They will set up a group interview (almost 40 people) and ask the participants to emulate a job scenario, working with other random people in small teams. I stayed out of curiosity, waiting for more information to be revealed but no salaries, schedules, benefits or even a clear job description were mentioned. When a company pull stuff like this, it says everything you need to know about how they treat people.
