The interview was two parts part one was a multiple choice iq/logic test to evaluate pattern recognition and problem solving skills. Part 2 was a behavioral/technical problem solving question with a current employee.

What is the minimum amount of times you would need to reach into a box of socks that is 50 percent back socks and 50 percent white socks to be sure you pull out a matching pair?
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

Apply online then hr call then quick call with recuiter, then final round with behavioral, coding portion and logic questions. was pretty long of a call expect 1hr 30 min to 2 hours on call.

3 intervies
- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
