I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises in Feb 2013
Interview
Talked to a recruiter briefly for a phone chat. She asked about my background and a few general technical questions relating to objected-oriented programming and SQL. I hadn't taken these classes in 2 years so I was a bit rusty, but I managed to pass this part.
Flew to HQ in Denver about 2.5 weeks later. Interview consisted of IQ test, followed by an interview with 2 implementation consultants, then logic problems.
Overall, pretty chill - though I may have lucked out on the interviewers.
Later, this other candidate and I were taken out to dinner by two FASTies. Really nice people - I can tell that they find the workplace satisfying.
