      3 rounds - 1st round is a behavioral during which innovation based questions are asked. 2nd round involves preparing a deck presentation over the course of a week, following a design prompt to present to two junior members. 3rd round involves receiving and incorporating feedback from previous round to present improved presentation to two senior members.
