Really easy onboarding. Video interview, so you could prepare answers and retake if you messed anything up. Found it very straightforward. Never actually had to speak to a human until the point after I’d been offered the job.

No interview questions asked, just a phone call where they asked about personal details, your previous or current work, questions you had and provided further details about the company and role.
