Interview
They fly you in and put you up in a fancy hotel. After you arrive on campus you get a demonstration of the software. Then you generally get to meet with someone who already does the job you are interviewing for. Your "interview" time will be spent with someone asking you more technical questions about what you put on your resume. At some point you will get to eat in the cafeteria which is very nice. You will get a quick tour. The last thing before you leave is a wrap up. This is where you get asked the real interview questions. Just be prepared to answer a few hypothetical questions and make sure you have solid references.
