I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Milwaukee, WI) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process was horrible. There was no communication and most of the interview was a 4 HOUR PROCTORED exam where random questions that has nothing to do about the role were given. A recruiter told me everyone from the kitchen staff to senior engineers have to take the examination and pass. I found that ridiculous, ableist, etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I had to take a 4 hour proctored examination and a 30 minute personality assessment. Some of those questions were things like word analogies, math word problems, random riddles, and a fake coding part.

Interview
Applied, did some assessments that were essentially logic questions, some as you would expect, and others in a made-up programming language. Then went through a phone interview, design challenge, and then finally a 3-4 hour long interview final interview process.

Interview
Haven't had an interview yet, but upon scheduling the interview, I had to take multiple assessments which albeit seemingly simple were actually kind of difficult. I have no idea how I did or the weight that they have on the actual selection process.

Math questions, common logic questions, and a fake coding type question bank
Applied. Got a phone call from another UX designer. Had to do a design challenge that took a week of my time but got rejected at the end and didn't get any feedback which was kind of annoying
