I applied through university. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
The initial phone call was pretty good and casual. However, if you don't test well then you are in for a bummer no matter your qualifications and what school you came from :(
The preliminary virtual assessments are long, exhaustive, and tedious. However, as you progress meetings with human interviewers were more laid back. It felt like more of a conversation at that point compared to traditional interviews, which was appreciated.
Pretty straighforward. Case study is also very chill. Talk through your thought process, ask clarification questions. Most of it is them talking about themselves except for the case-study part and the final recruiter logictics call.

Question 1
Case study: How would you handle the situation just presented? (It was about two clients requesting urgent resolution of something and you couldn't dedicate urgency to both situation equally.)
Smooth process with relatively quick turnaround. You take an online assessment. Once you make it past that you are invited to the final interview which consists of multiple calls in one day..
