I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Dec 2013
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. They sent me a link to take a test on a web site. The test consisted of some math and then tasks to write four different programs. ??? I'm not a programmer. This so called test is used to evaluate you and for Epic to consider moving forward with you. Nobody even talked to me so I don't know how they think they could learn anything about me.

Question 1
Can you explain a situation where you had a conflict in a professional setting.
After an initial call, which was just a webinar to learn about the process, we were told the next step was a test that we had to complete. The test was a mix of questions including math, some personality questions, and solving problems in a unique programming language. I didn't get a response afterwards or any feedback on how I did.
