I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Aalborg) in Jun 2018
Interview
First I got an e-mail, then, shortly after, I was called up by a Danish translator (I'm danish too) and we had a 30 minute chat. So far, so good.
Second part was an online test with ProctorU, where I did this test while I was being observed on webcam simultaneously (to ensure that I wasn't cheating).
The test got rescheduled three times, I think? All because Epic's HR continually failed to provide me or ProctorU with log-in details. Extremely unprofessional.
After the test, I didn't get to the next round.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in May 2020
Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone interview which was scheduled very soon after I submitted my application, followed by an online skills assessment I was asked to schedule one week later. The skills assessment consisted of a basic programming test that tested my ability to learn the principles of coding, a basic math test, a logic assessment, and a translation test. On the website, Epic says that those who pass the skills assessment will receive an onsite interview, but I didn't get that far. There was also a sort of personality test that I was asked to take.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked general questions such as whether I am open to moving to Madison, how soon I could start, and where I see myself in five years. My interviewer, a translator, explained that the purpose of the phone interview is to verify that the applicant is in fact interested, real, and a good fit for the department. It was very casual.
