I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Nov 2018
Interview
Epic reached out to me through the Handshake recruiting platform inviting me to have a 20 minute phone interview. It was a very casual, conversational interview that ended up being about 40 minutes. An offer for an onsite interview was given the next day.
The onsite interview was about six hours and consisted of a company introduction presentation, a group conversation with someone currently in the role, a campus tour, a 30 minute interview with my recruiter, a 30 minute problem-solving case study interview/assessment with a team leader, and an individual programming test.

Interview
The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Interview
Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
