Interview
I applied at my university's career fair. Almost immediately, I was scheduled for a phone interview. In the meantime, there was a technical exam component which was extremely long and tedious. Many of the questions did not pertain to the position that I was applying for
The process included a seminar about the position, an online assessment, and a final interview that began as an informational session. This was followed by a 30-minute group case study, a 10-minute individual presentation, and a one-on-one interview with the recruiter, which was fairly relaxed and mostly behavioral.
Very pleasant phone interview! Talked with a colleague currently in the same role about expectations, his experiences, plus the city of Madison itself. I found it easy to gauge mutual interest.

Easy application process on their company website. Quick response time and flexible scheduling. They ask you to complete 1 personality test (20mins) & multiple logic/assessment tests( 2-3hrs) before the 20-30mins phone screening.
