Interview
Sent out resume and cover letter. Then was invited to a testing center to take a couple assessments. Had to answer numerous logic puzzles as well as answer some coding questions based on the number sequences. Got invited to Madison to take more skills assesments on the first day. Then on the second day I went on a tour of the campus and talked with people currently doing the job I applied for. After which, I went through a series of four interviews.
