Was contacted by an Epic recruiter who saw my resume online. I researched the position and saw they offer high salaries typically so I went ahead and applied. After submitting my application I had to take a personality profile test, which basically asked that same question 20 different ways. After a short phone screen I was invited for an onsite. The place is huge and beautiful, but it was a little odd. Employees didn't seem particularly happy but it is work after all. The day consisted of touring the grounds, software demos, case scenarios, and tests. None of the tests were too bad, except the programming one at the end of the day. I haven't done any programming work in a while and was pretty tired at this point, but I hear that that's sort of optional anyways because they teach you all you need to know.

Phone interview with someone in the role followed by aptitude based exam. After scoring sufficiently on aptitude exam, more recruiter interviews and on-site visit. The recruiter/phone interviews were fairly standard and aptitude exam is something you have to just go in blind to
