I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in May 2012
Interview
I applied online and received an email from a recruiter with a personality and skills test. After completing that, I received another email a couple days later with an offer for a phone interview and a link to a writing assessment. After the phone interview, I received an invitation for an on-site visit and interview. They flew me out to Madison and I had to go in for a few more hours of skills testing that afternoon, and went for a tour and dinner with a few other candidates and an Epic employee that night. The next day was a full day of 1:1 interviews, tours, and even MORE skills testing. Overall, it was a pretty exhausting experience and the campus certainly was interesting, but I didn't like how disorganized they seemed to be, and there didn't seem to be any opportunities for career growth. They waited the full two weeks to get back to me after my visit, and I wasn't too disappointed when I didn't receive an offer.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you challenged or changed an established system or process.
Very relaxed and straightforward. They're incredibly easygoing and they run you through a series of quick quizzes and stuff before moving to a formal interview. It was not hard at all. Very relaxed
