I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Oct 2016
Interview
Applied through a university job fair and received an email to schedule a phone interview with a assessment test a week later. The phone interview was directed with a technical service problem-solve employee and was very casual. We talked about my resume and my background. The assessment is proctored online. It was intermediate, similar to SAT questions, and also fairly long. It took me about 3 hours to complete.
Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI)
Interview
Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
