I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Edelman (Amsterdam) in May 2022
Interview
The interviewers were very unprofessional, conversing about personal life between each other. They would say they have a question and then forget what they wanted to ask. They would talk over me. The structure of the interview wasn't there and while it seemed informal and comfortable, it was quite chaotic and didn't yield the needed answers that the recruiter is supposed to get from the applicant. There were no direct questions asking why this company? why this position? what do you think you bring to the table? etc. My advice for an interviewee would be to proactively show motivation and specifically say these things even if you are not being asked.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Would you be comfortable working in a hectic environment and having to balance multiple tasks at the same time?
Fairly extensive process, you speak with HR, then you speak with at least three if not four or even five people in a series of three-ish interviews. For scheduling, they're pretty quick but you're at the mercy of the interviewers' schedules.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Edelman (New York, NY) in Jun 2024
Interview
went all the way through to final round, was pretty confident i got the job, then told me i didnt after not hearing for three weeks. interview process took around a month and a half
Interview process was four 30-minute back to back interviews. Nothing too crazy, the interviewers were very nice. Then there was a writing test which is very standard for the process.
