Despite their last minute planning and requirement i accomdate every interview and timing.
1st round of interview - sharing and expectations. screening passed
2nd round of interview - at their office seems to be straight forward get to know the Reporting manager and HR salary discussion etc
Trial - last minute informed and was not informed that u have to spend a whole day to complete and did not inform that u have to dedicate 1 whole day for it.
As for new candidates better spend the whole day on the pc remoting into their laggy screen to do their trial and learn their system so u can pass with the during assessor examination.
For candidate with experience, my personal take is not waste time on them as the timeline and trial for them to get back to you will take some time.
