Very friendly. More informal, conversational tone. The questions were standard and I was allowed plenty of time to give my answers. They even slightly prompted me to ensure I covered everything they needed to hear from me.
I got the sense that they wanted me to succeed and have a positive experience even if I wasn't the right fit. It made me excited to work with them.
