I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EDF (Taunton, England) in Nov 2018
Interview
I had to fill in an initial application form and do several online tests.
After this, there was a telephone interview which comprised several competency based questions.
I was then invited to assessment centre near Taunton. They provided food and accommodation for us and the overall experience was very interesting and varied, and have a good look as to what it's like to work at EDF Energy. There was a technical interview, two group activities focusing on different types of energy, and a "speed dating" section where I had to perform a mini presentation, do data analysis, and respond to employee complaints.
