Thank you for your feedback, we always share what our compensation range is and where we typically make offers (towards the start of our range) but in the interview, it is explained that we consider years of experience, interview performance, etc. when making offers. The salary offered depends on the process and your performance, but we cannot guarantee a salary amount within the range on the first call. We can and do make offers towards the top end when it makes sense. We always mention that but we have noted that it may need to be reiterated more clearly.
