      Originally when i applied to the position, it was called Operations (review from an employee stated they had applied for operations and their title changed to customer support so, this is definitely true). The pay range posted was 50k-70k. I told the recruiter the pay i was looking for and she told me that was too high for starting off, they would start me at 50k max 55k. This was laughable seeing as i made more than both those numbers, i have 8+ years of experience, they want you to travel across the country to cover peoples shifts, they dont offer many benefits at all, and it sounds like they want you to do a two person job, for that low pay. If you are going to say anything more than 55k is asking for too much, then put the actual pay of 50k-55k. Trying to low ball someone with multiple years of experience because you dont want to pay, already tells me what i need to know about this company, they will not value you or your work. I sent an email stating i dont want to continue the process seeing as i make above what they were offering, my job is remote/flexible, and has more perks+benefits. I believe the reviews from previous workers that the pay is low and they want you to do a lot, seeing as thats basically what they were saying to me in the interview. Stay away

      Thank you for your feedback, we always share what our compensation range is and where we typically make offers (towards the start of our range) but in the interview, it is explained that we consider years of experience, interview performance, etc. when making offers. The salary offered depends on the process and your performance, but we cannot guarantee a salary amount within the range on the first call. We can and do make offers towards the top end when it makes sense. We always mention that but we have noted that it may need to be reiterated more clearly. We do not have any roles that are listed with Operations titles, I believe you were interviewing for a Customer Support Associate position. Thanks again for your time!

      Applied via linkedin. Got an email to schedule interview. Was interviewed by the Operations lead on google meet. Interview was smooth and friendly with basic questions. Did not hear anything back as he just ghosted on me despite me sending follow up emails which was just ignored. Sad that a company who is trying to grow does not have the common courtesy to simply let you know that they won't hire you.
