Interview
The interview process can take time and is pretty thorough. It tests programming knowledge as well as some social skills. There are multiple IRL as well as online interviews, and also multiple forms that need to be filled out.

El proceso de contratación consistió, en mi caso, de 4 entrevistas. 2 de las cuales fueron entrevistas técnicas. El proceso fue muy llevadero, siempre todo muy organizado y en la empresa abiertos a ayudar.

En las entrevistas técnicas se evaluaban tus conocimientos de programación. Para el puesto de un pasante eran preguntas de nivel básico, más que nada para evaluar la forma de pensar y resolver problemas.
